New Zealand Shipping

Free shipping on all purchases.

  • Your purchase will be sent through Courier Post with each package tracked, traced and fully insured.
  • Our delivery target is 1 to 3 working days following the dispatch of your order. 
  • Please allow an additional 1 to 2 working days for all rural deliveries.
  • We will email you confirmation and a tracking number as soon as your order has being dispatched.

Australian Shipping

Free shipping on all purchases over $300 NZD.

$20 NZD on all orders under $300 NZD.

  • Your purchase will be sent through DHL International Courier with each package tracked, traced and fully insured.
  • Our delivery target is 3 to 7 working days following the dispatch of your order.
  • We will email you confirmation and a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Rest of the World Shipping

Free shipping on all purchases over $400 NZD.

$35 NZD on all orders under $400 NZD. 

  • Your purchase will be sent through DHL International Courier with each package tracked, traced and fully insured.
  • We will email you confirmation and your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
  • Our delivery target is 7 to 12 days for most countries, following the dispatch of your order.  We will notify you if you live in a country where it could possibly take longer.

Mr Peacock takes no responsibility for any customs charges.

  • We have no control over any taxes or duties that might be charged by your country.
  • Any additional charges incurred are solely the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • For further information on this we recommend you check your country's tax and duty charges on incoming goods.


Returns & Exchanges

Here at Mr Peacock we do our best to get it right for you from the beginning. 

  • All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers
  • Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately
  • If your item does not fit we will exchange it for a different size, subject to availability
  • If you have any queries regarding sizes please refer to our size guide or phone us on +64 3 304 8753 or email info@mrpeacock.co.nz
  • If the alternative size is not available, we will offer you your preference of a refund or exchange
  • Return items must be sent back to Mr Peacock within 14 days from the date of purchase
  • Mr Peacock will pay the return cost of shipping within NZ. Please email us at info@mrpeacock.co.nz or phone +64 3 304 8753 and we will send a prepaid courier ticket to you
  • Where possible reuse the original packaging and attach the courier label
  • Returned items must be unworn and in original condition with tags attached, include proof of purchase
  • Mr Peacock reserves the right not to provide a refund or exchange if these conditions are not met
  • Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 3 days of receiving the returned item.
